You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by asking us here.
Open the MGL Africa app, go to Account, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. The account is deleted at once. If an order is still on its way, the account can be deleted once that order is delivered or cancelled.
Your name, phone number, email, WhatsApp number and saved addresses, your cart, saved items and notification settings. You are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in.
Orders, invoices, receipts and payments, without your personal details, for as long as Tanzanian tax law requires us to keep sales records.
Send us this request. We check that the account is yours by calling or messaging the phone number, then delete it within 7 days.
